⚠️RUN⚠️⚠️⚠️I am extremely disappointed with the care (or lack of care) my cat received at this vet. For months, I repeatedly called and asked during in-person visits for deworming medication for my cat. Every single time, I was refused because they claimed they did not see worms in his feces. I raised ongoing concerns, but instead of being proactive, they dismissed them. Recently, I discovered worms in my cat’s stool. This situation feels completely avoidable if they had listened to my concerns earlier and provided preventative deworming instead of waiting until the problem became visibly severe. My daughter took our Pug, Tiana, because she had blood in her urine, and we were so impressed on how cost efficient everything was and how quickly she was seen with an appointment. She got an antibiotic for her UTI and ear drops for double ear infection and she also got her last shot for $180. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and very gentle and loving with our Pug. It is definitely our go to Vet and I will be referring them to family and friends. THANK YOU PET CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL for always giving a great experience.

0 stars - I trusted them, and I lost my dog. This is the hardest review I've ever written. It's been six years since I lost my beloved Cody, but the pain -- and the regret -- remain just as fresh. Cody was the smartest and most intuitive dog I've ever known. He understood human conversations, played fetch on his own, and was always gentle with other dogs. He wasn't just a pet -- he was family. We brought Cody to Petcare Animal Hospital after our original vet became seriously ill and had to stop practicing. Vet care is always expensive, but this place has always charged me a reasonable amount. And, more importantly, they've been so kind and taken such good care of both of my pets. This has been my go to place ever since I moved to the area about 7 years ago.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. The doctors and office desk do not care about your pet. The office staff has no clue what good customer service is and will give you an attitude so harsh you wish you didn’t come. They need to work on their communication skills and not make assumptions. The doctor did not even do a proper exam and rushes to leave too quick. He hands me a list of vaccines needed for the dog and charges extremely higher than what I have seen from other clinics. I had questions he couldn’t even answer. The reason the docto rush to leave is because he books so many appointments at once so he can collect more from you on the exam fees. Pay a bit more and go to a better hospital. The exam fee was $50 for us. Hospital and all of its staffs are a piece of trash greedy incompetent individua
