Personal Touch Dentistry : Dr. Ronald Logan

Dr. Logan was my dentist for about eight years. I found him after a bad experience going to the dentist that was the closest one to my new house in my insurance network. The first time I went to him, I was able to get an appointment the same week. Every time I went to see him, I knew I could rely on his wisdom and expertise in making sure my teeth were well taken care of. He did a number of fillings and a crown for me. His staff were also exceptionally kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I looked forward to seeing him every time (and talking about politics too). I am sad to see him retire, but understand that all good things must come to an end. I wish him and his staff all the best for the future.

Professional, friendly and informative! I learned so much about how to better take care of my own oral hygiene,m from Dr. Logan Jr. He took the time to listen to my questions and issues, and gave me tips and helpful information for my oral care based on my own personal needs. Everyone who works in the office is so friendly and really wants to help, incredibly professional as well. I felt comfortable and taken care of. They even have a delicious coffee area for the patients, so delicious and inviting! The office was clean, well lit and decorated tastefully. I have found my new dentist, and am not looking back. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Logan because I had a temporary crown fall off and I needed to have it re-glued, and my regular dentist was on vacation. Dr. Logan and his staff really came to my rescue. They were so kind and helpful, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience at his office! Had been a patient for about 2 years, but no longer after this past month. Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning as I was going out of state for a few months. Had to reconfirm with a phone call to the receptionist with my insurance coverage, and again I confirmed it was for a cleaning. No less than 4 messages via text and email that I had an appointment and at no time did they state that I wouldn't be able to get my teeth cleaned. Showed up for the appointment only to be told I had to have more x-rays and couldn't get a cleaning until the following month-which I would be out of state. Now I've received a bill stating that I had broken my appointment. I showed, they wouldn't provide me with the service that was requested and agreed upon and now I'm having to pay them for nothing.
