This was the worst experience dealing with this agency! Majority of them were extremely nasty and lazy. They didn’t know how to properly clean my mother which causes many UTI’s, they always stole my mom money out her purse because she couldn’t walk to check her purse after they leave from shift, the supervisor Joyce Clemons left my mom laying in her bed during the time she was bathing her because my mom said something in response to what Joyce said to her so she left her laying there naked no cover or anything and told her to bathe herself! My mom contacted the head supervisor over Joyce which was Chandra and they all were in chaos together. They all cover up for each other. I was so thankful when my mom was able to move to another company because this company could care less about any of
