Perry Family Dental and Implants

Well, I just got a call from a dental office in Pensacola. They've apparently swallowed up this practice in Perry. As a result, they no longer take our insurance. My son had an appointment scheduled this Monday. They were just calling to "put him on their schedule". With no insurance? I don't think so. Lots of thanks for the lead time this leaves me to find him something else! The closest other dentist is scheduling in Dec! Hope this little office fails! Used to recommend. Not anymore! All about the $$$!

Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Most likely not going to return. First, they refused to allow my Registered Service Dog in. Next, I had an appointment at 2, didn't leave until after 4 and all they did was 1 full mouth x-ray. They are not very organized. Should have suggested I have my x-rays transferred instead of having to sit and wait for them while I was there. Then I had to wait on the Dentist to look in my mouth. At the end, was given an estimate of what everything would cost. Even though my insurance pays 100% and I never have a copay, they expect me to pay the difference between what they charge and what insurance allows. Why don't they tell you this before you waste so much time??? I've never had to pay for a covered expense so I'm definitely not returning! Thanks for wasting

Dirty glove experience numerous times. Asked asst to put on clean ones after she was touching everything and wanting to put them in my mouth! DR FAY? Did the same thing. They said,she does not work there any longer? The mold fit perfect. The new dentures big and sloppy! The 1st ones the teeth to small. Was told 4 visits not months!! Dont even bother go to Beachton.

It is with no qualm or reservation that i share this positive review with my Perry neighbors, or anyone else for that matter!!!From the moment you walk in, a sense of calm, caring, and compassion come over you...putting you truly at ease. Nice and clean too...With a professional air, and a competent staff. From the receptionists to the office manager Jackie, who all strive & work hard to make your visit as pleasant as possible. They are all very knowledgeable. With respect to the 2 surgeons, Dr. Amundson, and Dr. Pham, both are top shelf, you would be hard pressed to find better anywhere. Certainly, worth the drive from anywhere!!! As i can personally attest, with the MESS of a mouth that i walked in there with, not only did they have the hands of a kitten, i also started to feel physicall

So far I am very disappointed. My teeth do not fit. But Jackie insist that I wear them. My bottom teeth will not stay in as a matter of fact they won't even stay in my mouth. I can't eat anything except very soft foods it has been this way since 12/02/23. I have so many bone pieces in my gums.. Jackie made me an appointment for 2/10/24. So I have to go that much longer without eating but soft food. I couldn't even eat my Christmas dinner. Thank you Phyllis Leggett
