Permanently Pretty

I saw Kimberly in San Jose, CA for permanent eyeliner in 2018. I got bottom and top eyeliner. The bottom came out great. On the top, Kimberly rushed and did work that was uneven with a cat eye on one eye and not on the other. I specifically said no cat eye verbally and in the paperwork. It left a very thick and dark mark on my left eye. She admitted she rushed and that both eyes were not done evenly. I requested a refund which she gave a partial one. I have went to a new place this year 2023 who also confirmed that this dark black cat eye dot on one eye was a mistake and did not look good. She also said my eyeliner faded funny. I got my eyeliner touched up 5 years later by someone else and it looks great however the dark black dot is still there and it is costing me $500 to remove. I start

Kimberly is such a professional! She is a artist. I have seen some womens eyebrows that look completely different than their hair color. Kimberly will make sure you are 100% happy and Kimberly has to be 100% happy with her work. Kimberly has done my eyebrows and my eyeliner. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Took my mother here a while back. Kimberly is patient and explains in detail what services she provides. She keeps her work area clean and sanitized. Kimberly is very precise with her tattooing. My mother was satisfied and will go back in the near future for more of her work.
