Would not take my dog there. Terrible people skills over billing and miss billing. It worth the drive to go somewhere else if you can.

My main problem is with the billing system. When you go online to pay the bill you are offered a discount if you pay in full, which is nice because we all know all health care billing is overpriced, so if you pay in full the online system says the bill is paid in full with discount. When you get your next billing and look very closely you can see that the discount was never taken off your bill, it is applied to you new bill. I called and spoke to the Schrotberger lady in the billing department to find out why my discount was not taken off and she said "well you have to call and let them know so they can take it off manually." Absolutely nowhere online or on the paper billing statement does it say you will need to call in to get the discount taken off. When I said that is crooked becaus

Dont go there! Terrible experience. How long does it really take to release someone from the er? So far 2 hours. Apparently there isnt anyone who is able to remove an iv needle from my son's hand. Nobody has checked on my son for 2 hours. Unbelievable.

Don't let them start billing you cause they will take double payments It happens to me all the time

It is amazing PCHS is able to offer the wide variety of services it does. They also have fantastic providers and staff that makes me feel welcome.
