Medical staff are great. The office staff is not. They billed incorrectly & would not return communications. Wouldn't even talk to my insurance Co when they called. If you don't care about paying erroneous fees, then this is a great practice. I'm going elsewhere.

Communications were fair to bad. I left a message for refills and never got a return call. I had an appointment a couple of days later and asked the nurse about the situation and she told me she was just behind in returning calls. When you call the office you can never get a human being answer the phone. Always get voicemail and it's hit or miss that you'll get a return call.

I loved Jodene nagel. She took time with me and I felt listened too. She gave me options that my previous clinic did not. I will refer everyone I know to her.

I have been going to this office for over thirty years and really love that it’s a Christian practice. I never see Dr. Kunz anymore because he only does Bio-Te hormones therapy now so I always see his PA’s and I am very happy with Rebecca Cowart, she is so smart, sweet and professional. And she knows my history very well. However with Dr. Kunz no longer having hospital privileges, I can’t help but worry what will happen to me if I get really sick. The staff is great and I would recommend this terrific practice to everyone.

I have been going here for many, many years. They have always been extremely helpful and open minded to helping me even when outside the box. I saw Dr. Kunz many years ago going thru a complicated health stage, but more recently have seen Jodene and I am always very happy with her. The office has made many improvements in the past year or so as well. I always recommend this practice to my friends and family.
