Customer Reviews
Took forever to even get an appointment scheduled, kept calling and kept getting told someone will call me back. “Shaka” was the person who kept answering and telling me he sent a note to the “practice coordinator” or “scheduler” got the referral in November and got the appointment months later and on top of that the appointment was scheduled months out. Finally get here and reception doesn’t pay you any mind, there’s no instructions on how to check in or anything. I’ve always been greeted by the receptionist “Hi welcome in” “Do you need to check in?” “Do you have an appointment?” Something they said nothing at all. But let me walk in speaking Spanish! Oh I’m greeted very politely. lol it’s a damn shame.
Sounds like nothing has changed from the previous reviews. I was referred here by my dentist. I gave them my referral paperwork and they said to call back in two weeks. I call back and they say they’re busy but will call me back. No one calls. I call back and they say the same. Repeat. I think she’s finally annoyed by hearing my voice and escalates. Turns out they lost my referral. They say I can email it and I finally get an appointment. We’ll see if I actually get seen.
Things take time, like everything else. I looked at the reviews, but I thought the staff was very kind and helpful. It was very easy to reach the correct staff... Thank you so much for your help and concerns.... The 2hr drive is quite alright.
I agree with Nimra. No one will answer the phone, and you have to listen to them apologize and say how important you are for as long as you can stand staying on hold. I signed a contract and emailed it back with no response for a few days so far. I left voicemail messages but no one calls back. I don't live in San Francisco, so I don't want to spend half the day making an appointment in person. If they require patients to make an appointment in person, they should just say so. My dentist was great but what good is it if I can't schedule the work, none of which is covered by insurance.
It's so difficult to get a hold of the folks at this facility. Calling results being on hold for 2+ hours regardless of whether you call as soon as they open or in the afternoon. Emailing them results in sending multiple follow-up messages with no response. You have to go in person to talk to a person at the front desk. It's terrible.
