I’ve been seeing Dr. Rikhter and Dr. Lloyd for well over a decade, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. They are both kind, professional, and—most importantly—they really listen. They’re also supported by the most wonderful nurse, who is an absolute angel and makes every visit even better. I always feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

My family has been in the US for a little over a year. We were looking for a family doctor who would be understanding of patients' problems. Dr. Richter is the best. No problem was left unsolved; the doctor is always attentive to detail and makes every effort to help.

I visited this provider a few months back for a preventative visit and thereafter, the issues started to trickle in. For one, I cannot get in touch with anyone from the office and the billing department’s VM is full. The visit was actually not billed as preventative which was deceptive as I received a bill for a service that normally would be covered. Additionally, I was never informed that their lab was OON (which is illegal according to the No Surprises Act). I’d strongly advise against this practice and their deceptive workplace ethics. I will be filing a complaint with the NSA Help Desk if my attempts to resolve this billing issue with the office remains futile.

AMAZING Myself, my husband and my Son have all been seen here in the past two weeks. I have never been more impressed with a clinic and all the staff. Dr.Alex Rikhter took the time to talk and explain everything. I would definitely recommend..

After going here for 4 years, today was my last visit. Came 10 minute early for my appointment, ended up waiting over an hour to be seen just for blood work. I asked the front desk when I'm going to be seen since I've been waiting for an hour, her response "what am I suppose to do about it?" haha nice! Anyways, apparently I also had a an outstanding bill they sent to collections without notifying me first. They outsource this to another company/department so they can have plausible deniability from the communication around it. They were sending the bill to an old address that isn't even on my current insurance card... so some failures on the admin staff as well.
