Amanda is a life saver. I’ve been working with her for the past couple of years now for deep tissue massages. I was a power lifter and have moved on towards bodybuilding. Thanks to her, I have been able to continually push myself past my limit to heavier weights and stay healthy in the process. She does stretching along with cupping and graston, and is continuing to bring new techniques that are beneficial to her practice. Give her a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

I started with Amanda about a year and a half ago based off of a co-workers recommendation. Amanda is wonderful to work with and tailors each session to fit any trouble areas or areas that need more care. She has been a game changer to my lifting and I could not do what I do without her.

I highly recommend booking a 60 minute massage and a 30 minute stretch with Amanda. I went in to see her with low back pain and super tight hips and came out feeling brand new. I will continue seeing Amanda biweekly to manage my low back pain and stress. Thank you Amanda ❤️
