Anastasio is the man. I had multiple spasms in my right shoulder and another therapist was unable to alleviate. Anastasio spent the entire time working my shoulder complex with precision ans great pressure. He allowed me to guide to exact problem areas and he took over and did the rest. I was in quite a bit of discomfort and he alleviated it all by the end of the session. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a proper deep tissue/sports massage. If you're like me and worried your therapist won't go as hard as you need, then Anastasio is your therapist.

Anastacio always does a great job during my sport massage therapy sessions, and I appreciate his level of professionalism and care that he provides at each session. Though I need to drive about 25 minutes to his office, I go to see Anastacio about once a month, and it is worth it each time. I originally searched for a massage therapist to help relieve tension along my back and neck after I was injured by multiple packages falling on my back while shopping at Costco last year. After consulting with my physical therapist, they suggested that regularly going to a massage therapist would also help me with recovering from intense training that I do as a semi-professional badminton athlete. He is able to really get into the muscle to release it, and tailors the massage to your needs. His knowledge of the human frame and ability to recognize and treat tense, tight muscles and trigger points is admirable and astounding. There were a few points in time where I literally went into a trance because of how great his deep tissue massage is. He has perfected his technique and I recommend seeing him!! Superb work! Anastasio is the best massage therapist in SJ. I suffered from back pain for months and with one session all pains disappeared. I’m definitely will book him Again. He was professional, very knowledgeable and focused on problem areas. Location is accessible and with a lot of parking.
