Performa Physical Therapy and Pilates

I love Oscar! I have consistently taken privates from him over the last two years and the results have been amazing. Before taking lessons, I was as a person who couldn’t touch my toes without bending my knees but I can now put the palms of my hands on floor without bending my knees. I have no idea why I was scared of getting into Pilates but Oscar’s positive attitude and great teaching techniques quickly got me over my fear. Even when I go in grumpy, I leave so much happier that I put in another session with Oscar and always look forward coming back again and again. I highly recommend him!
