I had an amazing sports massage experience at Perform PT with Hannah. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage itself was exactly what I needed — targeted, effective, and clearly tailored to sports recovery and muscle tension. I unfortunately had some work conflicts come up that affected my ability to make follow-up appointments, but she was extremely understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for sports massage or treatment, especially if you’re active and want someone who truly knows what they’re doing.

Dr. Christie Hydar is absolutely fantastic! I was very skeptical of physical therapy at first, but with her help and several visits to her office my back injury turned around. Christie is really good at listening, preparing me for my home gym work and following up. With her help, my back pain went away, and I feel like my core strength as an all-time high.

I was looking to get some help in strengthening my right ankle and knee after a freak accident injury. I went to Dr. Claire. We did “one on one” physically therapy for 10 sessions . She stretched me and did some soft tissue work then she put me to WORK. And I loved it. During my therapy sessions she taught me a lot about my movement patterns and what I needed to focus on to attain my end goal. I got a lot more than I asked. It was challenging but extremely beneficial. Thank you Dr. Claire for putting me on the right path

I had great results after seeing Claire! I suffered from back pain with sciatica for years and it’s finally gone!
