CONFIRM YOUR NUMBER OF TESTS WITH YOUR PHLEBOTOMIST. Had blood work done and asked to have all labs completed from both of my doctors when checking in. They only did one set of labs. Went again a few months later to complete the other from the first visit plus new labs from another doctor. Asked to have all labs done from both of my doctors when checking in at the front and getting my bracelet. They only did one set of labs, again. I called and asked why all the tests weren't completed even though I requested for all of them. Lady on the phone said it's my fault for not double checking with the phlebotomist. The reasoning was even if the front desk puts in for all the labs, for some reason the people working inside the lab can't see that request and they will only process whatever shows up

Recently, I fell in my shower and broke some ribs. And injured my lungs also. They picked up on everything immediately. The staff got me all the help I needed and they took really good care of me. I would like to thank them so much. They are fantastic.

I feel safe coming here for emergency support and services. I feel I can make requests and ask for help as a patient. Wants and needs are notated, secure and taken care of. Parking typically convenient. Easy access for outpatient services; accessibility is good.

My husband went for a sore throat and they gave him a strep test and some ibuprofen. The bill was $2500 and no one told him this was NOT an urgent care. Why is it called a health center when it is an emergency room? DO NOT GO HERE. They are clearly taking advantage of people.

Went in with unbearable muscle pain in my chest yesterday. After ruling out my heart and lungs as the issue (thanks), they gave me a *three day run of muscle relaxers*. Today, the pain is worse than ever. What am I supposed to do? I'll be out of muscle relaxers by the day after tomorrow. Thanks a lot.
