I have been to many dentist in my life, never have I met such a kind, caring, compassionate, competent and caring dentist. He always makes me and my family feel comfortable when we are in his care. The office staff is also accommodating and helpful with all our insurance issues. He has become part of our family with his kindness, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Beware of this dentist. I've been coming here for almost 6 years and even referred several family members. At first Dr. Shah was great, but the service has gotten worse over time. Each visit his attitude became more and more dismissive toward my concerns, and I began to feel very undervalued as a patient. I've mentioned ongoing tooth pain at multiple visits, and each time it was brushed off as "normal." When I pressed for answers--because now the pain was worse when eating--he spent time insisting everything was fine before finally admitting I needed a filling. By then, his tone had turned aggressive and dismissive, speaking to me as if I were unintelligent. Pequannock Dental, Dr Shah is the best dentist I’ve ever had work on my teeth. His staff is also amazing. He is very gentle, with great poise and thoroughly explains whatever procedure is being carried out or recommended. Great family dental practice, I highly recommend them for the whole family!

Dr.Shaw and his staff are incredible! They are professional and kind. I highly recommend Pequannock dental to everyone. He is truly the best dentist so trustworthy, very good and thorough. Ana and the rest of his staff are extremely gentle and always friendly.
