I’m 70 yrs old and have had many dental experiences, some not so positive. This is why I appreciate Dr. O’Neil and her staff at Pepperment Dental. They were very kind, patient, attentive, and thorough. Dr. O’Neil explained my procedure and she was careful to make sure that I did not feel pain. Also, the front office were friendly and made sure that I understood the cost and my insurance plan. I left my appointment feeling confident that my dental needs had been met. I’m thankful and blessed to have found Pepperment Dental in Sherman, TX.

Both of my boys have been going here since they were younger, they are now three and five and they do so well. The dentist is great at making them feel at ease. They had their 6 month follow up today and no tears at all! The dentist does a great job at explaining everything she is doing and looking at. We really enjoy it, never any bad experiences!

Mrs. Lesley at the reception she went out of her way to provide all the help, Mr. Mike, the manager explained to us very gently our insurance copay, Dr. Malaika is wonderful, she explains professionally and she is so funny, she makes you feel very comfortable, Mrs. Stephanie, the Hygienist did the deep cleaning on my teeth. She is an amazing lady, so kind and professional, she cleaned my teeth very well very smoothly, so I am coming back for more works and maintenance on my teeth. First time I enjoyed the dentist visit! We’ve been here for a few months for my son’s orthopedic treatment and we’ve had nothing but excellent care. The insurance process was fast and smooth, the braces and monthly visits have all been effective and exceptionally quick. Rarely any waiting before we get called back. They talk to my 12 year old in a clear and patient manner that helps him understand the next steps. We are very pleased!

I have been going here probably for about 10 years. Never had any issues. Sad to see Jan leave. Today was a little different. I was the first to check in before 8 am and everyone was called back except me. I finally went up and asked at 8:30 if they forgot about me. I guess my hygienist didn’t show up. They were able to fit me in. I waited about 10 more minutes and was called back. Stephanie cleaned my teeth and was very thorough. I really liked her! I hope to see her again in 6 months!
