Had the hardest time accessing my son’s medication at the big pharmacies, but thanks to Alex at People’s we were able to get it! No long waiting on hold, no automated systems goofing up the order repeatedly, just real humans working hard to make sure we had our prescription. Thank you!!

The black young lady at the front desk don't smile or greet customers in a pleasant way. She act angry, no eye contact and very dry when asking her a question. Your other staff friendly and welcoming.

This was my first and hopefully last experience with this place. My doctor called in my script to another pharmacy unfortunately they did not have it in stock and so they had to send it over to this place. The customer service both on the phone and in person is AWFUL!!! I called ahead to let them know yesterday I was headed their way because I live in ms and it would take 1 1/2hrs to get there. Only to arrive and they tell me it will be tomorrow before it is ready even though it was only 3 in the afternoon and they do not close until 5. The lady with the dreads that was up front was extremely rude and did not even care that I had drove all the way there with my 3 yr for no reason. Called this morning got told the same thing will take a couple hours to set but should be done today. Mind you

They doubled the price of my prescription and offered no reason. I have 2 different pharmacy prescription plans and they did not except either, one is through medicare. My prescription originally came in a small plastic squeeze bottle with a screw on cap which was easy to apply in small drops. It was perfect for travel and didn't leak, etc. They started putting it in a glass bottle with a glass eye-dropper with an unprotected rubber squeeze bulb on top. Several trips ago, the squeeze bulb came off in my med bag and $100 worth Of the prescrip came out into the bag. Mfg. defect? I asked if they could please put the new prescription back into the little cheap, but secure plastic squeeze bottle and (the manager) said "sure, for 10 bucks more". It gets worse.. ..
