Pennsburg Manor

My father recently stayed at this home and I can honestly say every single staff member we met was incredibly pleasant, kind, and helpful. It was clear from the start that they truly cared about him. The Dietary Director met with my dad a couple of times to make sure his diet was exactly what he needed, which we really appreciated. We also met several other managers— I think they were all managers along with the administrator—who came into his room during the first couple of days. They asked him a bunch of questions, checked in on how he was doing, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. It was reassuring and answered so many of the questions we had. Overall, the care and communication were excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. every single team member has been incredible—kind, attentive, and truly committed. The food has been very good, and I appreciated that they always offered several options whenever I needed to make a change for mom. One of the first things I noticed was how clean the building is. It never had that unpleasant smell you sometimes find in other facilities. Even though it’s not the most modern building, it’s bright, welcoming, and has such a positive vibe that the décor doesn’t even matter. Most importantly, my mother is genuinely well cared for. I feel confident that she’s safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who truly care. This place has been an absolute blessing for our family.

My mother-in-law was transferred to the Manor for rehab. But we have an urgency to get her and my father-in-law into long term care. Well, their staff got the ball rolling immediately, and the possibility of getting them both into long term care seems well within reach, which also means peace of mind is within reach for me and my wife. My mother-in-law is enjoying her stay and is so very happy with the care she is receiving. Thank you to the staff for their hard work, diligence, and determination to help us!

My Dad, Jack Hylton was cared for by Pennsburg and me and my brother Neil, were so grateful and appreciative at the amazing care that my Dad received. My Dad enjoyed his time at Pennsburg, whenever my brother and I would visit him, the staff at Pennsburg were always so welcoming and nice. The staff all cared for my Dad alot, my Dad had a great experience at Pennsburg!

The staff are incredibly passionate and true advocates for their patients. They go above and beyond to make sure that their patients are taken care of. When choosing a place to go for care, I would highly recommend Pennsburg Manor. I have also had the pleasure of working with their residents after they discharged and patients are very satisfied with their care.
