Our family has been attending for years. We have always been able to quickly set an appointment and they are very accommodating to meet our busy schedules. Dr Dubyk is thorough, knowledgeable and always ready with many options to fit our needs. The front office staff always greets you with a smile and a warm welcome. They are there to help you select the perfect pair of glasses and have a very large selection for men, women and children. Never felt pressured into making a purchase for services or glasses but they are willing to give high quality recommendations that may fit your needs. Definitely can recommend this office without hesitation.

Great place, very good eye care. On each visit here I saw Dr. Wisber (highly recommend). And I purchased my current pair of glasses from Pennridge Family Eyecare. The reason for reviewing is the exceptional service I received when one lens popped out and I could not get it back in those half frame glasses. Upon calling PFE I was told to stop over at my convenience, without an appointment, which I did. The visit took all (maybe less) of 10 minutes total and my glasses were fixed. All this at no charge. Thank you, Pennridge Family Eyecare, for exceptional service :)

Terrific experience with Dr. Takita and the entire staff. Very pleasant facility. Up to date technology. Always busy (which tells you something) but you never feel rushed. Techs are excellent and willing to take the time to make sure the lenses and fit are just right. Highly recommended.

What a great, high tech , personal little shop. I had to wait a while to get my exam (30 minutes), but it was easy and throrough. They have machines here that I haven't seen before. Remember the dreaded glaucoma test where you either had to get a direct puff of air into your eye or they had to numb your eye and move a machine right up against it? A thing of the past! Now it's a handheld device about the size of an otoscope. Also, I highly recommend the extra charge for the retina scan machine instead of getting the dilation drops. The drive home has never been easier!

Excellent care. We have been patients for over 14 years. The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to serve their patients in a timely and efficient manner.
