Penn State Health Urgent Care - Strausstown

Urgent care is the only way you can get seen or heard. I appreciated the care I received, top notch, but couldn’t follow up on treatment because no one ever picked up the phone to allow me to schedule a follow up… called multiple times, no one ever answered; left multiple messages, no one ever called back.

Everyone in the front desk and laboratory are very pleasant and friendly. I was able to get my blood work done quickly and painless. The reason I gave it one Star is because of the hours of operation. It's very inconvenient when you have a busy schedule and the hours are only in the morning. This lab would benefit from having extended hours.

Everyone was sooooo nice and professional. Was seen and treated promptly. Would highly recommended this urgent care and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed medical care!

Everyone involved with my treatment did a great job. Very pleasant experience. Returned for suture removal. Again a great job by all and done in a timely fashion.

I’m always in quickly for the lab on any regular day. Today I came in 15 minutes before they closed. The Phlebotomist even stayed late to draw my blood (they close at 12) which I was super appreciative of because I needed a last minute test that felt urgent. I just wish they were open a little later as I live & work 30 minutes away so getting down here last minute was a challenge.
