Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center Radiation Therapy

Normally we have a good experience here but people don't listen so after informing scheduler that my wife's breast tissue is thick so should just have a ultrasound type test I am not listened so got a call saying test results require a ultrasound test... ok on day of appointment I'm trying to keep busy while waiting when a rude supervisor in women's imaging complains my phone is too loud. I can't hear it because 2 ladies next to me are talking to loudly. I can hear out of only 1 ear due to a disease. I'm told to shut off what's entertaining me but not to tell the loud women to quiet down! I'm quite angry!

No one in waiting area when I arrived. Since then I’ve seen ten plus people walk in mostly with children, and go in to the rooms ahead of me. The children, who are the patients are running around and playing, but apparently are much more critical. Meanwhile, the pain in my side is intense and I sit in the hallway in a recliner and have yet to be approached by staff. Should have gone to Reading or St Luke’s!

Improperly diagnosed me for covid as i had a pounding headache for the past 4 weeks, they refused to give me proper testing and listen to what i have to say. The staff was rude and the wait was obnoxious. Its an Emergency room not a dr office this place should be flying.
