3 stars is fitting for the experience. Dr Risi is good but the staff is very rude and extremely hard to reach. I have heard from others in the area they have taken in too many new patients where the quality of care has taken a hit. Again, Dr Risi is good, but the office can use some work. I just called for test results from a few years back and had a very hard time getting someone on the line.

I have been going to Rednor-Risi for over two decades and must say, since they were acquired by Penn Medicine the quality of service has dropped significantly. Two years in a row I have had problems, first they submit an incorrect bloodwork panel and then most recently used the incorrect billing code causing my visit not to be covered by insurance. It has been over two weeks and I am still fighting with Penn Medicine to try and get the issue resolved. The physicians office directs me to the billing department and the billing department directs me to the physicians office; neither of which want to take accountability and fix the problem. I could not in good faith recommend anyone use Rednor-Risi as their physician.

Dr Risi is wonderful. Probably the only positive. Staff is unhelpful and rude. Left a voicemail trying to reschedule my physical & no one ever called me back. Now I have a $100 “no show” fee and I can’t get a physical until I pay it. Ridiculous. 30 years of going here but recently it’s been less about family and more about money.

Hard to find a good practice like this anymore. While they are busy, they have good reason to be! I've seen three different doctors and they are all top-notch. Trusting, following the latest protocols, and making you feel safe. The nurses and other staff are accommodating and provide a lot help from phlebotomy (thank you, Jennifer) to administrative assistance. Thank you everyone.

Twice i had blood work done here and both times I didn't get a call regarding my high cholesterol.
