Penn Princeton Primary Care Ewing

Awful experience trying to make an appointment here for my father. The process for new patients is you have to come to the office between 10am-2pm to pick up or fill out paperwork. After 30-40 minutes of filling out forms they refused to start a file or discuss making an appointment as my father doesn't have a photo ID. I tried to have a conversation about bringing mail, birth certificate, social security card, and bank card as well as reference he is a patient of Penn Medicine to which the lady at the front continuously spoke over me saying "Anyone can commit insurance fraud!" and pretending to hand my father's insurance card back to me pretending she was committing fraud saying she was him.
