Penn Outpatient Lab Bucks County

Penn really needs to fix the issues with this place . Call center has this facility as appointment only, not true . It's always packed and if you have an appointment your waiting anyhow. Double the staff ? Extended the hours . Do something its always like this. 11:15 appointment and I was told an hour waiting. Not fair to the staff or the patients.

I have never written a bad review, but am doing it now to save others from going through what I went through this morning. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I waited 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. On top of that, the woman at the front desk had an attitude. A bad one. On the other hand, I will say that when I finally did have my blood test, the technician was kind and got the job done quickly and easily. They need to stop overbooking appointments and hire someone who is respectful and kind to the people coming in for a test.

I've had blood work done at Penn Lab Yardley several times, more than a dozen in the past 5 years and I've been very satisfied with the service level and professionalism each and every time. No exceptions. From the front desk receptionist to whoever draws the blood, they have always been pleasant, helpful, respectful and very efficient at their work. I appreciate that very much.

Penn labs Yardley …. One word frustrating !!!!!!! Waited 30 mins they said they did nit receive orders from lab …BUT THE DR OFFICE SENT IT THE DAY BEFORE …. This lab is horrible, the staff are snappy with customers, the lab has you make an appointment and does not take you on time. About 30 minutes later they took my special needs adult son back for his 8 am appointment at 830 am. While I watched other people there be taken before him and come out and I'm told they had appointments before him but they arrived after us and we arrived at 7:52 for an 8 AM appointment.. So I guess they give appointments every 5 minutes. I don't believe that, I think it's because my son has to be laid down to get his lab work or he faint. And they don't like to lay him back in the reclining chair because every time we come we seem to wait the longest for them to get that chair out, it's wrong!
