I would give 0 if able. I went to a Dr 1 hour and 20 mins away to try and get answers. It was very unfriendly environment. I had high hopes with Dr. After one main test he assumed I was not experiencing anything that needed further care until follow up in 3 months. He decided to put me on meds. Never called it in. I called 3 days later and took 35 mins on hold to get to a live person. Now ten days later still no meds. On hold so far for 25 mins again to check in with Dr and prescription. I should not have to chase down the doctor to do his job nor do I need to be on hold for over 30 mins on more than one occasion. Getting my test results and looking for a new Dr. Edit 11-14 Penn called and wanted to see why I was unhappy. Told me to call back . On hold for 32 mins so far. Can't even get

Patients beware! This office has a never broken policy of not sharing patients. If you see Dr. Wineblatt you may not see Dr. Haplea, EVEN AFTER HE LEAVES the office location and no longer provides services. Despite scheduling an appointment a full month ago, when we show up for our appointment, my son was turned away because Dr. Haplea REFUSED to see him! it didn't matter that my son needed to be seen, that we have no intention of following Dr. Wineblatt to the new location and that we were never informed of any of this prior to today. The office staff, Nakia and especially Vicky were kind and apologetic. They made every attempt to have us seen, but Dr Haplea still REFUSED.

Dr. Seth Haplea has been my doctor since 2015. He is amazing! His bedside manner is unlike typical physicians. He devotes time to answering questions and explaining info so that it is easily understood. Dr. Haplea is compassionate, empathetic personable and kind. His approach in practicing medicine is the epitome of patient centered care. I am honored to highly recommend Dr. Haplea.

Terrible. Never answer their phones. Been trying since Wens to renew a prescription. Still no answer. Posted it on the patient portal but no response. Called the prescription number at the office and no response. Called the appointment desk and no answer. Looks like I will have to drive to their office to get my prescription renewed and to make an appointment. The doctors at this practice should have the office practices audited. Horrible.

A bait and a switch game was imposed on me. My office visit was scheduled several weeks earlier. 22 hours before it, a barely audible and garbled msg was left on my phone. The doctor changed my in-office evaluation to a video visit. I called for a clarification and was informed that the doctor has not been seeing patients at Kenneth Square location for sometimes. I doubt the merits of a video based neurological evaluation beyond the consultation fees to a 'questionable care' provider. Having provided eye care for 33 years, I fail to understand how a zoom exam can evaluate your cranial nerves II, III, IV V, VI and VII. as well as the other cranial nerves and their patency. How can pupillary and other reflexes assessed in a meaningful way via a screen chat. As in all other social an
