Penn Medicine Radnor Outpatient Pharmacy

They never answer the phone and they give you 0 types of updates about your medication. I’m not sure what happened to them but they’re terrible

I really like this pharmacy. They work hard and they always provide the assistance that you need. They also do answer the phone. I am very satisfied with the service I receive here.

Stay away. Send your prescription elsewhere. They don't answer the phone and there is no alternative like an app that tells you the status of your Rx. We tried calling multiple times on Saturday 1/25 and Monday 1/27, each time during posted business hours. Not once did a human answer. The phone just rang and rang. Seriously? Context: Rx was on order. We didn't get a text or voicemail after it was supposed to arrive. And we couldn't get a hold of anyone to verify that it had arrived before making the trip to collect it.

Awful. I’ve tried calling 6 times and nobody has answered. I was told I’d be contacted 3 days ago.

Terrible customer service. They don't answer their phones. Sometimes, they pick up and then hang up on you. When you do get a person on the phone, they're short with you or rushing you off the phone. Not the type of service I would expect from Penn medicine
