Dave at the reception desk for Penn radiology has helped me twice in the last 3 weeks he was completely professional and helpful. I had a great experience.
If you have sickle cell this is the best place to go. The doctors and nurses are good understanding always want to help you feel better. Now some times it's a little wait not going to lie but as soon they get you to the back they start working on you to get you better
Use the valet, the hide parking spots to make more money
Extremely rude securiy guard. He was on his phone and waited until I was past him to yell at me about checking in my first time ever being here. Get off your phone and do your job. Otherwise very nice facility.
Bad experience. Worse reception ever. They made me wait 30mn without any explanation or reason. When i finally got upstairs so see my mom (patient) the nurses where like you have 30 min after that you gotta leave no more visits after 8pm.
