Clinical decisions appeared driven more by institutional prescribing risk avoidance than by meaningful symptom relief, resulting in under-treatment of significant pain and an experience that did not feel patient-centered. After sharing this feedback, I spoke with the practice manager and was told another physician reviewed the case and stood by the same recommendations. I was also told they ‘don’t typically use’ certain standard neuropathic pain medications and that very low starting doses were considered appropriate. I have been going to this office for years only to find out when I call for an appointment that I am considered a new patient because i havent been there in 2 years and no longer allowed to see MY doctor. If I had known I would have made sure to make myself sick so I could keep my doctor! Its ridiculous that they dont warn you of this! Beware, your doctor will be pulled out from under you and you will be stuck with a random person who knows nothing about the last 20 years of your life!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care and Compassion from Nurse Ziara I had the absolute pleasure of being cared for by Ziara during my doctor’s visit yesterday, and I truly want to highlight how amazing she was. Ziara was assisting PA-C Kassandra Rajha during my appointment, but she is actually Dr. McGowan’s assistant nurse, and her professionalism and warmth truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, Ziara’s positive energy and kind presence made me feel comfortable even though I wasn’t feeling my best. She listened carefully as I explained what I was experiencing and made sure to relay my concerns to Kassandra Rajha clearly and accurately. It meant a lot to have someone who truly listened and took my words seriously. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, her calm, caring demeanor

Dr. Kailash KC is a wonderful physician. Very happy I chose this clinic for primary care when I moved here a few months ago. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to talk to. He’s helped me manage multiple medications and health issues, and I know I’m in good hands.

Dr Chan is the best Primary Physician I have ever had. He listens, explains everything very clearly. I always leave very satisfied. His assistant is great. The rest of the staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them! Matt Gartner
