Today, on Halloween Day, I entered the Dermatology Perelman Building to communicate with Doctor Carrie Kovarik regarding the health of my skin, the largest organ. We communicated very well, at the end I requested to hug her. I felt comforted by her words of knowledge and experience. Vhuntermassage LLC

I came to the Philadelphia clinic from NJ because I read that the dermatologist are suppose to want to get down to the main cause of scalp problems. Doctor was completely dismissive even after I told them I had yellow infected puss on my scalp for over six months. They looked at me like I was a liar and gave me basic treatments you could get at any dermatologist or CVS. I still don’t know what’s wrong with my scalp even after half my head of hair has fallen out. I would not recommend wasting your time going here. You might as well find a thoughtful and detailed local dermatologist who’s willing to take the time to examine you properly without condensation.

I was very pleased with my experience today in this office. I'm an older woman but it's the first time I've needed Dermatology care. I felt the care was personable, professional, minimum waiting, good communication , in the office is easily accessible from Regional Rail. I would recommend this office and the care I got to friends and family.

I had an office visit on October 11th where I paid my $60 co-pay, but later found out from my insurance company that I owed $0 for this appointment. I called the billing department in October of 2024 and was assured I would receive a refund to my card within 10 business days. However, I never did. I recently called again to check on the status of my refund. I was informed that the $60 I am owed was instead applied without my consent to the "balance" in my account which consists of a December 2024 post-op podiatry visit where I owed zero dollars (Penn medicine instead wrongly billed this visit as an office visit triggering a co-pay I do not owe). Therefore, Penn medicine held onto this money owed to me for two months, even when there was no "balance" in my account. In addition to appea

Wow. I’m shocked to see that this hospital have a 2.7 stars. This is supposed to be one of the greatest hospitals in Pennsylvania as far as I know. But when it comes to dermatology I see why. The dermatologist was giving me the wrong cream the entire time and i’m wondering why my face was getting worse. My face was getting worse because he changed my prescription to the lowest percentage and he told me it was the highest percentage. He told me that my old dermatologist was giving me the wrong one. It’s been about a year now, and my face is 10 times worse than what it was before and come to find out the cream I was taken before, was the right cream. It was the highest percentage, and the doctor here at Penn medical gave me the lowest percentage. There are three different percentages for th
