The veterinarians are competent, but the administrative and customer service experience was unacceptable. There were multiple errors involving pet identification and billing, and staff did not handle the situation with appropriate care or accountability. Overall, very disappointing.

We love the Pen Pet team! We went with Pen Pet as they offered laparoscopic spay with gastroplexy which we were looking for with our GSD. Dr. Harish did a wonderful job and the recovery was perfect and much better than our friends who did traditional spay. We also truly appreciate how responsive and kind the entire staff at Pen Pet is. Every time we had any concerns, we were able to call/email and get super helpful and detailed support. Honestly the best vet we’ve ever had, and we are so thankful our primary vet is so awesome.

One of the most dedicated, caring, and professional set of doctors and assistants we have ever met with. From her attention to detail to the time that Dr Samar Khan always takes to examine, diagnose, treat, and explain everything is amazing. Can't recommend Dr Khan and the rest of the team highly enough.

Beware of the abundance of foxtail in their parking lot! It’s the number one cause of emergency vet visits in the summer, and it’s baffling to me that a vet office would allow it to grow wild on their property! Edit: it looks like they relandscaped and got rid of the foxtail ☺️

Down to earth place to get your pet care. Nice and knowledgeable staff - very caring and communicate well with owners and pets.
