I couldn't be more grateful for the care my children receive at Peninsula Pediatrics of West Florida 's office. Every visit is met with kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism from the entire staff. When we show up for our appointment, the wait time to actually see the doctor is always very minimal. I have had to call the office after hours when my children are sick, and have had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Hagan and Dr. Clark, who both treated me with so much compassion. They never made me feel stupid for my questions or make me feel like I am overreacting. They took all of my concerns very seriously. Dr. Moore is our primary pediatrician, he is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail and address all of our concerns. When

Horrible staff and no trust in the doctors. The doctors have zero compassion for patients (children). This office almost cost our child their life due to laziness and incompetence. They’re much better and trust worthy doctors around the county. We have Reported the incidents to ERs and Hospitals.

We had Dr. Moore for 8 years since child birth. Nothing but excellent care . Very knowledgeable, professional and accepting. Highly recommend.

Saturday morning with a sick grandchild. I called first thing and was greeted professionally by Millie. We were scheduled for an appointment within 45 minutes. There was no waiting. We were taken back promptly. As soon as Millie was done asking questions and getting her vital signs Dr. Clark came in. She explained everything to my granddaughter. She was very gentle and kind with her. She explained everything to our satisfaction. We were in and out in less than an hour. Thank goodness the office was open I really did not look forward to having to take her to urgent care. Highly recommend Peninsula Pediatrics. Nicest staff and Dr. Moore is the best! I have 3 boys and they have been scared of doctors but feel completely safe and comfortable here! Everyone really goes above and beyond to make sure the kids have a good experience and are well cared for!
