Everyone at Peninsula Hearing is so helpful and kind. They provide excellent customer service. Dr. Sarah is an amazing professional. She is knowledgeable on the latest technology and able to share knowledge in a way that is understandable. Choosing Peninsula Hearing was the best decision.

The Dr's and the staff are so kind and friendly! Most people get a little nervous going to an audiologist, but the staff just makes you feel so comfortable. The waiting room is filled with lovely pictures of the staff and animals. Very comforting. And, of course, Dr.'s Riso and Hernandez are efficient and professional!

After our thorough discussion, she honestly told me that the first opinion I had gotten was the same as she would share, saving me time and money. Our experience is with the Point Loma site- I brought my 3 year old for a hearing assessment today. The team was so welcoming and engaging. They listened attentively to me, asked questions, emphasized, and made us very comfortable. Then during the assessment, they made Nash feel very confident and calm.
