I had a good experience with Dr. Jiang, — he is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cares about his patients. However, my overall experience has been significantly affected by his staff, particularly the woman named Lizette, who handles communication and follow-ups. It’s been over two months, and an important issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve sent multiple messages and follow-ups, but there has been no response. At this point, I’m not sure if my concerns are being ignored or forgotten altogether. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional, and unfortunately, it reflects poorly on the entire practice. If you choose to see Dr. Jiang, I recommend confirming that important matters are handled directly or followed through, as the support staff seems unreliable. It’
