This is hands down the best practice in town - I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Several years ago we switched our kids over here and will never leave. Dr. Morrison is a saint as well as Dr. Dylag and all the other providers we see. They truly go above and beyond and have amazing hours and availability.

We transferred to this practice specifically to see Dr. O'Brien. We saw him at his prior practice and wanted our son to continue with him. He's patient, very easy to talk to, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Both of my children see Dr. Wells and he is fantastic. He is kind, compassionate and truly listens to parents. He is also extremely patient when answering questions. When you message him on the patient portal you always get a quick response. Also, both of my kids, who tend to be pretty shy, adore him. We have also seen all of the other providers for "day of" appointments and have had great experiences with them. The nurses are all kind as well and very helpful when you call the nurse help line. I'm a bit surprised to see negative reviews of the front desk staff as I have never had a negative experience with any front desk staff - they have always been kind and corteous.

I absolutely love Penfield pediatrics. The staff is always so accommodating and with having 3 little ones we call very often! They always get us in in a timely manner and we are so pleased with all of the nurses and doctors. We are patients of Dr wells but we also frequently see Dr Morrison who we love! They listen to all of my concerns and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend sending your children here to ensure they are getting the best care possible !

I thought I loved this office, Dr. Socha is very sweet and accommodating and interacts well with kiddos, but I second (or quadruple?) the sentiments about the front desk staff…. Several are extremely rude and have absolutely zero empathy or compassion. They can be brash and downright rude. (Ironically, the manager is nearly the same… I suppose that makes sense….). Prior to this review (just like others mentioned), I tried to directly speak to someone about certain upsetting conversations and encounters we had (as did my husband) and we were both dismissed. I have also noticed a definite shift in care and bedside manner since two of the long-time doctors retired. Dr. O’Brien was reactive and unsettling…our first and only visit with him left us with nothing but horrible thoughts and unfounde
