Absolutely the best dentist I have ever gone to. Dr. Nichols is truly an exceptional dentist. She is extremely nice, very gentle and highly skilled. The office staff, hygenists and Dr. Hill are all very friendly and highly competent. I honestly don't think you'll find a better dental practice anywhere. They also specialize in treating patients with diabetes, so if you are a diabetic, this is an extra reason to go to Penfield Family Dentistry. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Nichols, Dr. Hill, Marissa, David, Jackie, Elliott, Libby and the entire staff have been friendly, professional, efficient and very understanding of my anxiety. Went in for an exam for the first time today. These folks know how to treat their patients. Everybody was just so down to earth and friendly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address them as well as gave me many options that fit my budget. Instantly set up my cleaning for next week. Will never go anywhere else! Penfield Family Dentistry makes the Dentist’s office a nice place to go. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Jackie is my favorite. Been coming here for years and always a pleasure to see her face there to greet you. There has also been some new additions and people here. Kaitlyn and Dr Hill. Highly recommend this dentist. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
