Pencol Compounding Pharmacy

I have nothing but good things to say of my experience at Pencol Pharmacy. The employees were super patient and helpful. There was some back and forth for approval of the new medication and the phone conversations were always articulate and informative regarding expectations. Heather spoke with me at length on the phone answering my millions of questions and then spent a considerable amount of time with me when I arrived to pick up my meds, along with Nate, explaining and showing me how to use my new medication. I would say Heather went above and beyond in her kindness and education with me. Thank you so much. It’s so nice to have a calm and kind customer service experience! Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS, AWFUL!! Worst customer service experience possible. I felt shamed and belittled for asking polite questions about how to save money for my pet's heart medication (which is significantly more expensive here than anywhere else.) I have a very tight budget and a sick dog. No one should encounter this sort of treatment when trying their best to keep a loved one alive.

I truly cannot say enough about this intimate setting. The Entire Staff here always make me feel like I am the ONLY patient that they have, it's a very special touch that the Staff exudes and I am grateful. Two persons that stand out for me to absolute most Are... Mr. Miles & The Incomparable, Miss. Alberta... Together they really set The Bar!!! -Demetrius L. Smith

There is no accountability at this pharmacy, we were given incorrect information and not fallowed up with on a number of occasions which delayed important medication by over a week. Noah one of the techs gave me misleading information and when I asked for a transfer on Monday informing them this was a priority the prescription was not transferred until Friday.

First time using this compounding pharmacy and it's been nothing but inferior customer service. You get a clear sense they are rushing you on the phone with almost no care for your situation. They also seem irritated when you ask them any basic questions. I will be switching to another local compounding pharmacy shortly - ain't nobody got time for this!
