Disappointed with customer service. The sales rep named Anthony is rude and dismissive- don't be deceived by the talk and demeanor. FYI: IF YOU DON'T CONSISTENTLY MAKE BIG ORDERS YOU ARE NOT PRIORITY -WHAT A SHAME. DARBY IS NOW THE BETTER FIT FOR US. WE NOW USE THE ONLINE "TOP QUALITY GLOVES" FOR CHEAPER DISPOSABLES. STEER CLEAR FROM THEIR SALES REP!

II had the pleasure of collaborating with the amazing sales representative Anthony Tango. He is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry, has a wonderful bedside manner, and always delivers prompt service. I highly recommend him.

Pemco sold me two x-ray units that were periodically problematic, eventually they chose to fully replace them as defective. They billed me well over $2000 total in labor over the course of these problems, stating that even though the units they sold me were deemed under warranty and defective, I had to pay for the labor to replace them. This was not mentioned until I was invoiced. I requested three times - once in March, April, and May, for someone to discuss this with me. My requests went brushed off as "we'll get back to you", they continued to invoice. Last week out of the blue they called 2x day and were rude, aggressive and gaslighting. Prior to this, I had a good relationship with Pemco and have spent well into six figures with no issues. Absolutely insane behavior. If you work with
