Pembroke Medical Associates

I’ve been at Pembroke Medial Associates for a while now but I can tell you one thing.. ever since Scott has been working there things have gone so effortlessly! The phone conversations have been so smooth, how quickly the follow ups have been, and things getting taken care of without me having to double check all the time.. Having him there has made my life so much easier knowing things are getting taken care of right away! Scott makes things 10/10 better now.

If I could honestly do zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment with their practice for a new patient exam about a month before the appointment date. The days leading up to the appointment I didn’t get any confirmation or reminder calls. The day of my appointment I show up to check in just to be told I can’t be seen because the doctor is out. I then got an attitude from the receptionist who was working with me because the next available date they could squeeze me in for doesn’t work for me due to work. (There was another receptionist helping who was nice). I then get a “squeezed in” appointment scheduled. I get a message today stating they can’t see me again, just two days before the appointment. I have called them back at least 4 times, but no answer. At this point I don’t care to

I love, love, love Pembroke medical associates. I have been a patient of Dr Magheen for over ten years. She is amazing. People have a hard time drawing my blood since my veins are small and roll. Therefore, they have to stick me over and over. Not here, once and done! Lady's at the front desk are patient and friendly. I could go on and on. Bottom line if you want a doctor's office that truly cares this is the place.

Everyone in the office is so nice and professional. The office is also always very clean. Even better Lorianne (not sure if I spelled that right) who handles lab work is gentle and precise! Like Hawkeye. (Avengers assemble) The best part of the office is my doc, Haley Swanson NP. She is fully vested in my care. She listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and we come up with a plan forward together. I wish she could also be my GYN, Dentist, Therapist, and Life Coach. She is incredibly humble and does not claim to know everything. She is also detail oriented which is important to me because I am an over-thinker. Somehow she does all these things with all her patients yet I’m never waiting on her long. She has made an incredible impact on my health and my life. I’m truly grateful for he

Just tried to schedule an appointment with Jada. First of all, let me say that I have been trying to get into the office for a while. I had to cancel my appointment because their staff forgot to put in the order for labs. Then, when she did not have the timeframe that I needed to get an appointment, she said "uh-huh" and hung up. And I have excellent insurance. What a loss for them! Going to jump back to Sentara. Now reading the reviews, there seems to be lots of reasons why I SHOULDNT go there.
