I can’t recommend Bailey at PelviCore enough! I’ve been struggling with consistent calf injuries that kept me off the pavement, but after Bailey worked on my super tight muscles with dry needling, I’m finally back to running again. She is incredibly friendly, positive, and easy to talk to, which made it so much easier to relax during my sessions. She is also very discreet and professional. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens and gets results, go see her!

Having never done pelvic PT before, I was a little out of my comfort zone, and a bit skeptical, but my experience with Bailey has been soooo helpful and I’m very grateful for her! Every visit has been so pleasant and comfortable, she’s given me the knowledge and tools to be more in tune with my body and address the areas that I didn't think I would ever to be able to change.
