Pedsplus Pediatric Primary and Urgent Care-Fredericksburg

If I could give this zero stars I would. I took my child there for a serious problem. I found it odd that there was nobody there in the waiting room and parking lot was empty. I should have read the reviews then but needed my child seen by a doctor. Reception wasn't bad. The bad experience started when the provider saw my child and stood there in the corner, with her arms crossed with an attitude before a word was even spoken. Bad vibes from the minute she stepped in. I told her what was going on and she just brushed it off like nothing and told me to make an appointment with the primary doctor to deal with. She didn't even examine my child! All that was taken was her vitals from the nurse. I felt so dismissed and not to mention disrespected as a parent in front of my child. Why she failed

I’m so grateful for this place! I was in desperate need of milk for my 7 weeks old son (just temporary help until my wic interview) and every other place turned me down except them! Overjoyed to know that they care about the well being of an innocent baby boy! The current office manager is the best! She exuded black girl magic!

I take my daughter here for her checkups and sick visits and they are always so helpful and friendly to her and me! When they have to do her shots they are so empathetic towards her pain and that really means alot they are genuine and careful to her as a mother that means EVERYTHING!!They definitely deserve a better rating than they already have!! 5 STARS FROM US!!!

Our family has used this facility before and never had a bad experience until recent. Brought both my girls in for a sick appt and there was no sense of urgent on getting them checked in. We had maxed out of our deductible and was told we still had to pay a copayment. It took 45 minutes to just do basic check in, collect copayments and wait for someone to take us back. The front desk staff were talking about other patients at the windows. When the MA took us back- she was fine, but the provider completely disregarded everything that I shared symptom wise. Then she only ended up calling in one prescription for one child and nothing for the other one. She called in 6x the amount of cough meds for my daughter and still has yet to contact the pharmacy to clarify. We were unable to fill this pr

Had an appointment set for my son and daughter at 2pm. They clearly can't balance themselves between urgent care and pediatrics, because we waited for an hour and they were still calling in other patients. Don't bother wasting your time here.
