My daughter has been a patient here since birth, she is now seven. We love the practice and she enjoys going. They are caring and professional. Dr. Perks is her doctor, though we have seen them all and I have no complaints. We have been to many sick appointments, yearly well visits, and flu shots and I have always left feeling my child had the best care. Very pleased.

I had the most astounding unprofessional experience here. I asked for a flu shot for my asthmatic teenage daughter and learned after the appointment one was not given. Unlike our pediatric dentist, no doctor or tech comes out to tell you how the visit went or ask if you have concerns. When I got home and found out, I called to ask why no shot was given. The receptionist was hostile and rude and hung up on me. I called back and left a message asking to speak to a physician and instead got a call from someone in the business office telling me it was my responsibility to make sure she got the shot not theirs and she then proceeded to be equally unprofessional. She blamed me, blamed my daughter, it was truly astounding and bewildering. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Their pr

I have been with this practice for 25 years. I love the fact that they are polite, helpful and great at returning calls when needed. I do miss Dr. Fadakar but Dr. Duffy is great as well. All the staff at the W Hartford office is great and welcoming. Thank you for all you do for our children.

I am so sorry the person below me had a bad experience here but one bad appointment does NOT spoil the entire practice. I was seen here from birth-19 years old and BOTH of my children are seen here. This is a GREAT place to bring your children. The staff are kind and they work with you if you communicate. There have been plenty of time I was running late and I always call. I have NEVER not been seen. I recommend Pedicorp to EVERYONE I know who is having a baby. My kids as well as myself have seen Dr. Fadakar, who recently retired, Dr. Duffy, Dr. Perks as well as the PA Liz and each visit has been more than satisfactory. The doctors are very knowledgeable and they CARE!!

I was a little afraid to take my newborn daughter to this practice because of all the negative reviews. However as she needed a visit right after she was born and no other doctor would take her insurance, we gave Pedicor a try. We have been there for 2 months now and we are satisfied. Dr. Duffy is very sweet and gentle with her, she is professional with us and always makes sure all our questions are answered with each visit before leaving. We never feel rushed out, they give us time to pack up and even feed her if needed, all staff is very nice and professional. The only thing that could improve is cleanliness, I'm not saying the place is dirty at all, just feels a little stuffy and I get a sense there that they dont wet-clean things like beds very often, just use fresh wax paper each time
