I brought my 2-year-old here for difficulty breathing and left shocked by the lack of basic clinical judgment. The nurse practitioner refused to treat symptoms and told me, “If she gets worse, bring her back.” We live 45 minutes away. When I said we would go to the ER if she worsened, the response was essentially, “That’s fine.” That is not a treatment plan. That is a handoff. Yes, viral illnesses exist. But you still assess and treat respiratory distress and you don’t dismiss a toddler with “come back if it gets worse.” My daughter did get worse—significantly. We sought a second opinion and she was diagnosed by a competent provider with bilateral ear infections in addition to the viral illness and was treated appropriately. Seemed like a nice place. But they had us in to tell us we should see a specialist. Seemed like a waste of time and money. Could have been a phone call, you know?

We love this place! I have met with both Nurse Practitioners and they have been amazing! They are very nice, and take the time to listen to your questions and concerns. Also, love the nurses and front staff. Everyone is very friendly and you will feel comfortable being there!

I tried to keep the same office but since Dr. Dasari left this place has gone down hill. I came for a visit for one of my girls and brought both of them to the appointment. The NP screened the wrong child after telling her repeatedly that she was screening the wrong child. Then she refused to swab the child I was there for in the first place because she said since the healthy child tested negative it was unlikely my sick child would test positive and then charged me for screaming the wrong child. She then called me and told me she would refund me which she never did. Then I came in for another visit for my daughter to get shots and said I still had a balance from a visit that they messed up on. I will be switching and I recommend you guys do to.
