Pediatrics West PC

I absolutely love pediatrics West, we normally go to the Groton office but have been to the Westford location as well. We are always able to get in for an appt, treated kindly. We recently saw Dana Oliver; we absolutely loved her ! My daughter said she has a " great vibe "

Karen was absolutely amazing. They got my daughter in right away for severe constipation. She treated her for it and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment and explained everything in detail. The next day she personally got on the phone with me to see how it went and talked about other ways to prevent it from happening again etc. I just felt like she was not rushing and genuinely cared And had concern for my daughter. She was also a ball of great energy :)

Dr. Chaput was very patient and attentive. She gave opportunity for any concerns while letting my children talk about their routines, habits, and activities. She answered any questions I had and made my children feel comfortable.

We LOVE Karen. She addresses all concerns. She is so kind and compassionate. She always makes my son feel comfortable.

An office that appears to operate as part of a larger system rather than prioritizing families. It’s important to respect parents decisions regarding their children, even when those decisions differ from current trends. Families deserve to be heard, treated with courtesy, and supported — not pressured into services and or signing paperwork for denying services.
