I didn't appreciate the doctor implying that i wont get any benefits from requesting my daughter shot records. it was a simple request because i no longer live in the area. my daughter has an appt that required that information no matter dated or outdated. please dont ask for anything or you will be questioned. highly do not recommend. considering i spoke highly of this office before this happened. now my view and opinion is tarnished. please proceed with caution.

I’ve been asking this doctor office for TWO MONTHS to send over my daughter’s records!!!!!!!! They keep saying the doctor have to review records to release them. I’ve done all the things I need to do. The first time they sent the records to my personal email knowing that’s not appropriate now I can’t get my child seen about cause of this unprofessional doctors office.

Exams are very hands-on and thorough. Dr. Al-Hakim misses absolutely nothing. No major issues ever! Thanks for a whole LOT of great years of dedicated service ( 4 children)!! God bless!! ❤️🙏🏾

Poor communication with receptionist, need appointment for one office and then they schedule you in a different office. When they’re having technical difficulties will be with their phone line apparently it’s the patient fault. Drop one child, but try and tell me I can not pull my other 2. Now I have to find a new dr for all 3 of my children right before school start.
