Everyone on staff is amazing! Always warm and friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. From the day my daughter was born I have felt supported and as a first time mom this was hugely important to me. There has never been any guesswork on what my girl needs and how I can best help her to grow happy and healthy. Her doctors and nurses are there when she or I need them always and the front desk staff is ready with a smile, happy to see us and prepared to help us take next steps. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this medical facility!

Dr. Scates incorrectly dosed my daughter her Hep A second dose causing her to be noncompliant with CT law to attend school.

As I’ve been dealing with a slew of medical problems these past several months, I’ve had to heavily rely on Dr. Pellegrino. Despite being 21 (too old for a pediatrician for sure), she has always been validating throughout this process. The medical world is riddled with minimization and disregard. I have never felt that way with her as my doctor and because of that, the other specialists I work with are that much closer to a diagnosis. However, I had to one time meet with Dr. Bowron after I had been in and out of the hospital with heart issues. During that visit, she insinuated my medical problems were stemming from anxiety. She also informed me I should not go to the hospital for a resting heart rate of 190 unless I were to faint. That night I ended up back at the hospital to which one of

I've been going here since my special needs daughter was born (she's 10) and have had consistently positive experiences with the clinicians. They are well-informed, up to date scientifically, and generally pleasant people. They have been wonderful for coordinating the complex needs of kids who have medical complexities. Highly recommended.

We have 3 children who go to this practice and Dr. Cohen is their primary doctor. We have nothing, but good things to say about this practice. They have always been helpful, courteous and get us in as quickly as possible. All their suggestions have been spot on and I feel like they have always been there when we needed them the most! Our oldest is 15 and we have been going there since she was born! If we had to recommend a place, it would be Pediatrics Plus! Also, the office is very clean and they have late hours.
