This pediatric office shows no respect for patient rights or the law. When I asked for my child’s medical record, they refused and gave me false information about state requirements. Ariel, the staff member I spoke with, claimed they only have to keep records for three years. This is simply not true, as pediatric records are generally required to be kept for at least six years. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, with no concern for the importance of protecting a patient’s private medical information. Such behavior is unacceptable in any medical setting, especially one that cares for children. Top notch staff and care, Mrs. Crystal is so good with the kids. Dr. Z is knowledge and awesome with all 3 of my kids. She has been willing to work with us and come together to provide care for our family. When we were new patients she pushed for further testing and my son got diagnosed and in enough time to save the remaining function in his kidney. Very thorough and thoughtful. Would highly recommend.

I love this practice so much, the staff is absolutely amazing and professional and also organized, I love how they always attend to my layla in such a caring positive way. Dr. Ziari is such a kind and caring pediatrician and is always on top of everything, Ms. Crystal and Ms. Evelyn are absolutely wonderful and kind , they always show great attention to my baby and always make sure that we are attended very well. I also love how they always print out information on vaccines that my baby will get and any other important information, keep up the good care and work!!!
