You'll drive right by if you blink! Turn on Musgrove for the main parking area. Staff is friendly and patient over the phone and in person. Facility is renovated, clean and the furniture is nice and new! No over crowding. My star deductions are due to the wait time. I had 20 minutes of paperwork as a first time patient, arrived 15 minutes early and was seen within 15 minutes. We're in tough times, I appreciate the staff! Doctor Taylor and his staff are wonderful!!

I love the doctors here. But it’s not worth it when the front desk is insanely rude the operators too. The front desk won’t answer calls. And when they have they quickly hang up. My daughter needs surgery so please call back. This is just very terrible.

Getting an appointment with the pediatric department is horrible. Called back in October to make appointment for my newborn and couldn’t get an appointment until December. Scheduled the appt for December for them to cancel me same day after I had confirmed the appointment the previous day. Maddie seemed annoyed when asking her questions about the cancellation. According to her the next available appointment is not until January. I should have known not to schedule at this location when they did the same thing to my niece earlier this month.

They are rude at the desk when you call, that's if they ever do answer, never return calls, stop medications without notifying you, I've had medications stop the same day I was seen and wasn't told that the medication was stopped.
