A Genuine Effort to Make Things Right Our experience at Lira Pediatrics a few months ago had its challenges, and we honestly weren’t expecting any kind of resolution. So, we were genuinely surprised when, much later, they reached out to thoughtfully address our concerns. The fact that they took the initiative to review our situation and make things right, even after so much time had passed, truly shows their dedication to patient satisfaction and integrity. Never put any of my childs vaccines in the Texas State registry. Charged us an extra $51 (after deductible) to refill a prescription and tell us to leave an ingrown nail alone during a normal visit. We requested records at least twice, but we never heard back. Greedy and bad service.

Dr. Walston is very kind, and the clinic is well-organized and child-friendly. The nurses and all the staff are also wonderful and welcoming

I take all my three children here. It is always easy to get or cancel appointments. Nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors are great.

All of my kids go here and i just love the atmosphere! The staff is really friendly and the doctors are awesome!
