Horrible facility. If you want to wait for 1.5 hours without a doctor coming in, this place is for you. Dr Wesp doesn’t care about the patient. She will not order any detailed testing nor will get to the bottom of what is causing the problem. Update. I tried reaching out to that email address twice with no response. Before my portal access was deleted I tried messaging practice in the portal asking for practice manager to call me. Again no response. I’d highly think twice about coming here.

I have been going to Continuum Pediatrics since 2022 and I absolutely love them! My kids see Dr. Giovannetti and she is so sweet. My son has sensory issues and she takes her time with him to ensure he’s comfortable and not overwhelmed. She also makes my concern feel seen and validated. I also love how I can always get an appointment same day if my kids are sick! The staff are all so nice and remember our faces. We always feel so welcome. Also any documents, refill requests, and questions are all answered and completed so quickly! I would highly recommend Continuum Pediatrics to anyone and especially Dr. G!

Went in at 3:30pm on 12/18/25. Rude and unprofessional front desk associate, this isn’t the first bad experience Ive had with her. Doesn’t know how to talk to clients walking in and has a bad attitude. All we wanted was help for our baby and got nothing close to that. We’ll be taking our child elsewhere.

While I respect Dr. Giovannetti, I had a very concerning interaction with another provider in the office. When I requested that the paperwork be completed for my autistic son’s handicap placard, I was told, word for word, “autism is not a disability you can see like a broken leg.” This response was inappropriate and inaccurate. I ultimately obtained the placard through the specialist who diagnosed him. I want to be clear that autism is a recognized disability, even if it is not physically visible, and families should not be dismissed when requesting necessary accommodations.

My experience for scheduling went well with front desk, my daughter loved Dr. Reddy and everything was very smooth for her initial encounter for a sick visit. After recently changing insurances and being lucky enough that they were in network and able to get us in before we were able to get established with a well visit. All great experiences in my opinion on how quickly they could accommodate us, for that I am thankful. I would have given a 5 star if it were not for the encounter of practice manager, Casey. She called me to let me know that although they took the insurance that they could not give me an exact estimate on what would be owed that day but we could make a payment plan arrangement. I was very direct and clear when I told Casey that we did not know how much we could put down
