All the providers and staff at Healthy Steps are incredible. From the moment they answer the phone to the care received in the clinic, they are a kind, thoughtful and very caring team. My daughters have been coming here since day 1 and they have always treated us with care and consideration. If they treated adults, I’d be making an appointment for myself! Allison, Michelle and Dr. Ana go above and beyond to make visits thorough and seamless. Julie and all the wonderful nurses are great at putting nervous kids and parents at ease. We are so thankful for everyone at Healthy Steps!

I have been taking my all 5 of my kids here since 2006, when my oldest son was born. I was referred by a friend and I have never been happier. Not only are most of the staff Christians but they are friendly, compassionate and empathetic. My kids have seen both Michelle and Allison, and Dr. Ana of course. There is no way to say who I would choose, they are all great. I feel they are conservative with their plan of care, yet willing to let you as the parent participate in the care of your child. Love the nurses! Very energetic and fun with the kids. We have recently moved, and I miss Healthy Steps so much. It feels like family here. I would highly recommend this practice.

This is the absolute best pediatrician I have ever taken my children to by FAR! Dr Ana goes above & beyond in her care, her communication & patience. The nurse helped hold my baby after her shots while my toddler got his shots & helped me get them soothed & to check out. Not only that but I’ve been temporarily left with no means of transportation & was relying on Medicaid Transportation that left me sitting waiting, with my toddler & infant, no show more than once. Today they saw me waiting & trying to figure it out & Dr Ana actually offered & scheduled for us an Uber ride & even paid for it! I can’t begin to express my thankfulness for her kindness & consideration! She should not have had to do that but she did so that my children didn’t have to sit outside waiting around for a ride. Previous billing manager mismanaged our accounts, so I expressed my frustrations (as professionally as possible given the situation) then asked to be discharged from the practice. Despite knowing it was mismanagement on their part as to why we left, when I asked to get my kids back in with a fresh account now that they have a new billing manager, they declined to see my kids because we left. Very very petty thing to do to children who have been with their practice for 9 years. As long as you don’t question your bills or how they’ve coded something, you should be fine, but anyone who would turn away a child out of resentment over a billing issue they caused themselves doesn’t deserve more than one star.

Best pediatrician office in Florida! I have seen all doctors here and they’re all amazing. Our kids saw Dr. Allison and she is honestly just amazing with kids. My daughter was so scared to go to the doctor at first and ended up just loving her. We’re moving and will miss this place for our kids so so much.
